I have a gigabyte z68x-ud3h-b3 board i7 2600k..if I want to overclock the bclk from 100mhz to say somewhere from 100mhz-105mhz do I increase a voltage somewhere? What voltage do I set or what other settings am I playing with?...QPI/Vtt CPU PLL, system agent voltage etc c6/c6 support etc

My advice is to leave it alone. Anything over about 102-105 will become unstable as I guess you know. Raising the BCLK with a Sandy/Ivy Bridge processor overclocks everything. CPU, RAM, PCI-E and PCI slots even the SATA ports. You don't have to raise any voltages to do it though. My 2600K / Gigabyte P67A UD4 setup becomes unstable at 103. So setting it at 100 and just using the multiplier is the best, safest way to overclock.

Yea I keep reading that.. I'm just itching to do it cos my 7970 is running on PCIe 2.0 cos of my board and processor combination

A lot to take in here..thanx

LESS than 1%? So OC 100.5 Mhz BCLK?

I have no idea what you are asking or why you are asking it in a 6 month old thread. You will get much better answers starting a new thread. 😉
