Question BD prochot is always yellow/red when my PC is unpluged.

I recently, I noticed that my laptop throttles a lot when im on battery, wich didnt use to do. Even when im watching media it throttles.
I found out that the problem is BD prochot being activated when im unpluged, even with temps around 50C, is it normal? Is it a faulty battery or just getting old?

It isnt that old i bought it march 2020.

lenovo y540
cpu- i7 9750hf
gpu- gtx 1650
ram -24gb
I use it quite often but always pluged in. I also checked the battery status and its "very good".
