[SOLVED] BD Prochot problem on laptop

Hey everyone
I have problem with my cpu everytime I play I game on my laptop the cpu goes to 0.39 ghz for like 20sec then come back to normal I opened throttle stop to see whats going on and I saw bd prochot is causing that and I disabled it and it's fine but now my gpu is overheating and dropping to 300mhz and I don't what to do can anyone help me? Thanks
Cpu: core i7 8550u
Gpu:radeon 530

I will try undervolting my cpu
I tried lowering ingame details but it's still on high temp 85°C
I'm playing fortnite and forza and sometimes warzone
My laptop is Hp 15-Bs103nx
