Hello, I am trying to use a blu-ray drive (specifically an Asus Black 12X BD-ROM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM SATA Internal Blu-Ray Drive (BC-12B1ST)) on Windows 10, and it recognizes the drive but whenever I put in a blu-ray or DVD movie it either automatically says "Please Insert Disk Into Drive E:" and pops the tray, or loads for a minute and then does the same. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks community, you're all great. :)
