Aloha!

When I try to launch BDO (Black Desert Online) in 64bit I get an error:23 message and doesn't launch.

When I switch it to 32bit I get to play for 5-10 minutes before I crash to desktop with no error message.

System info: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.6GHz,32gigs ram, 64bit Windows, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti
I should be able to run the game with no issues and I cannot figure out what the issue is.

thank you for any help you can provide!

Solution
error code 0xc0000005 can mean several things, can be faulty ram, misconfigured operating system, corrupted windows files, or interference with background low level monitoring apps (like antivirus, rgb soft, etc)

for testing ram u can try memtest
for corrupted windows files u can open cmd/powershell as admin and run this command: sfc /scannow
for background apps/services u can try clean boot
for misconfigured windows u can follow this link and follow it under reset your pc and keep files
