Question be quiet 530w psu good enough?

im building pc and im wondering will ‘be quite L7 530w’ be enough for gaming on my pc?
specs:
ryzen 5 3500x (with amd cooler)
rx 580 8gb sapphire nitro
16gb kingston fury ram
120gb kingston a400 ssd
256gb nvme m2 ssd
b450m h motherboard
and pc case cooler 12v

Probably enough watts, but I have no idea if that's a junk PSU or fantastic.

Have you read any reviews of it?

Is it old or has it been ridden hard?
