Question be quiet! Dark Base 900 PCB PWM Hub not working?

Hi all! I'm facing a problem where all of the components that came with my case (namely the fans and the LED strips) do not work. This leads me to believe that the PWM hub on my case is the culprit of the problem and is not working.

I assumed it was because of the PWM cable that connects to my motherboard and I've switched it to a different plug, but still nothing. Both had PWM support. The PWM cord is plugged into my CHA_2 FAN and my bios says there's no fan connected. Any ideas? Much appreciated!!

My motherboard is ASUS tuf gaming x570-plus wifi

Might want to connect to the CPU_OPT header(with the CPU cooler plugged into the hub) on your motherboard and see if the hub is functioning. Speaking of which, do you have a fan on the first header of the hub?

I really appreciate the reply! Unfortunately I have already tried connected it to that very header. Nothing is plugged into my CHA_1. My PWM wire physically can't reach that far unfortunately.

Could it be some setting to do with the BIOS?
