be quiet!, Phanteks or Fractal Design, which case is the quietest?

I want to build a quiet PC. I can either buy be quiet! SILENT BASE 600, Fractal Design DEFINE C or a case from Phanteks (haven't decide on what case to buy from them). I need help deciding. I won't be doing any water cooling, only have 2 SSDs and my GPU is fan-based and not hybrid.

Be quiet with the stock silent wing fans is the quietest.

if you want a quiet PC , buy a cosmos II case , with a high wattage psu , the higher the wattage the more quiet it is .. then install a passive massive heatsink on your cpu

Or the corsair rmx series for the psu for quiet operation and a cryorig r1 for cooler will also do.
