Be Quiet PSU RMA process in US

This is a PSU maker based in Germany, and they don't have any offices in US. Anyone had experience with their warranty?
Do you have to ship the PSU to Germany? Or maybe Newegg handles it so you just ship it to them in US?

Generally the RMA is through whoever you bought the product from unless you got a piece of paper with the product saying to do something else. If you bought the product from newegg, I'd contact them first and ask them what you should do. Generally if you are RMAing something, they will pay for the shipping so you don't have to worry about that.

Solved: got an answer from Be Quiet on Newegg: they have RMA dept in LA.
