Hello I'm trying to build a pc with a GIGABYTE RX 580 gpu and I'm trying to get a power supply that's cheap enough for my budget. Which one is better? I'm kinda new in these kinds of things so your help would be appreciated!

Or how about Seasonic S12II-620 620W? I heard that the Seasonic brand's pretty good?

No. That's the worse choice of the three.

Not sure what modular means sorry but here's the link to the PSU I'm trying to buy:

Sorry the site's in Indonesian language since that's where I'm from

Modular means you can remove/not use the cables that you do not need.

So that Corsair PSU that you linked is actually NOT the CX550. It's actually the CX550M.

And that other PSU you linked is NOT the Pure Power 10, it's actually the Pure Power 11.

So of the three options you've given us so far, the best of the three is the be Quiet Pure Power 11.

Also turns out that the BQ PP10 isn't available, so I'm thinking of going with the Corsair brand yet I'm still not sure if the non-M or M type is the better one?

How about the Be Quiet u9? Is it good?

Hey sorry is it okay to ask more? You told me to go for the non-M type for the corsair right? Yet when I'm searching it told me that the M type is better? Sorry I'm a little confused here

I shall leave this to jonnyguru, but all I will say, is jonnyguru is not only a widely known expert in the field, he also helps design Corsair power supplies, so I'd much sooner trust his view than a linus thread in regards to these models. :)

Also I don't believe there is a U9, there is an E9 but that has been discontinued. And even then, I would choose the CXM over it IMO.

Right, sorry my bad! But may I know why the non-M is better than the other?

I actually found a non-M type that's actually cheaper and I'm planning on buying right away.

In that thread, the OP is asking about the quality difference between an OLDER CX and a NEWER CX-M. i.e. "Did they update/upgrade the platform?"

If you are looking at NEW INVENTORY, the non-M is superior to the M version.
