Be quiet shadow rock 2 vs ID-Cooling help me choose a cooler

Hello guys I'm looking to replace my shadow rock 2 because it's really hard to install and I'm tired of this and plus my CPU i7 4790k reaching 90 temp when I'm gaming for example PUBG or PlanetSide 2 which are very heavy games..

My CPU running on stock clocks and I have 5 fans pulling air and 2 pushing out..

how the set up for fans is made in the case and post the link of the case also use hwinfo on sensor page to check those fans speed and temp .

PC Case: NZXT Phantom 530, i have 1 fan front as intake, 2 bottom intakes, 1 side panel intake, 2 top one exhaust one intake, and one rear as exhaust.
