Be Quiet! SilentWings 3 120mm PWM fans not available anywhere?

Just as the title describes. I really would like to get some, but I can't find them anywhere. Newegg no longer carries them ($19.90), but Amazon does for $36. Does anyone have any insight to when they might be back in stock or if they will be back in stock on Newegg?
