Be Quiet! SilentWings 3 or Corsair AF120 Quiet Edition (non LED)

Hi, title has it, Just need some help on which ones would be a better purchase. Which is most silent and which one is best performance? And which would you recommend.

If ya take a Noctua Cooler and replace the Noctua fans with Phanteks, CPU temps drop by a whopping 6.3C. We buy Phanteks fans by the dozen when they on sale w/ rebates for $10. Usual price is 412-13 for the 120s whereas be quiets are usually $20. The Corsair's don't come close to the Be Quiets or Phanteks.
