Be Quiet System Power U9 VS Be Quiet Pure Power 10

From what I know, Pure Power 10 (400w or greater) is a Tier 2 PSU. Some people also recommending System Power U9 (400w) to me, but I don't know if it's slightly better or slightly worse than the Pure Power 10 since I couldn't find it on the PSU tier list. Could someone give me an idea? Where will the Sytsem Power U9 be placed at the PSU tier list?

Looking at those two choices,guess that you have limited options to choose from,would i go for the PurePower 10,it's just better,also has more Amps available on the +12V rails.
