BeamNG System Requirements

Hi, I was wondering could anybody tell me what the BeamNG Ultra 1080p System requirements are. I know they have them on their wiki page but I would like some more info and examples especially with the quite new R9 and R7 series Graphics card. Also some CPU recommendations
would be helpful!

I play this game at 1080p. It is not coded very well. I have a gtx660ti and an i5 and I can barely get 60fps with everything set to normal. My CPU and GPU are not at 100% usage though so it is the game which is poorly coded though, not the hardware.
