I'm not saying this is a good setup, because I know it's not. I'm asking for one of you to beat this setup in every way possible aka better performance and lower price. I'm wanting one of you to create a build that will drop bombs on a console without dropping bombs on my wallet. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/hKW9Gf this is the what I came up with.

I'm wanting to play games on one monitor and control skype on another. Not two games at once. I'm getting this monitor http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=N82E16824236174 and eventually getting a second. If someone can build a computer that meets all of the above requirement and has one of those monitors for $700 not a penny more, you win! ATTENTION

What do I win?

Beat yours. :)
Features a much better quality PSU which is currently $20 off with a mail in rebate.
RAM is also better quality and allows for upgradability to 16GB in the future when OP can afford it, just be sure to get the same model.
Got the same case because, its a great budget case what can I say? 😀
GPU is better performance, giving 970 level performance in DX11, and more in DX12.
EDIT: Not a penny more. :)

The NZXT Hue+ is not a good idea when working with a budget. It essentially takes 15% of your budget away for aesthetics! This money can be used to get a CPU which will be much more powerful and will not bottleneck the CPU.
The stock cooler is perfectly fine in most cases, but see I have recommended that when he feels he needs an upgrade, to get a fan and more RAM. The i3 is not good unless you're working with an extremely low budget or don't need anything more, for example an email machine.

Monitor is now a FreeSync monitor as well:

Well, I guess that's the difference between using rebates and not using rebates. And are we seriously competing over this? I took this whole thing as a joke.

Wait, he's right we skipped the lights, better add a $4 LED fan. And he also said not a penny above $700. Sure he can probably find 11 pennies in the couch, but rules are rules. Better swap to a Seagate HDD.

Updated the build above when I realised this. :)
I didn't take it as a joke as I thought that OP was actually building a PC and wanted a good value build.
Just being friendly competitive, chill, no need to be offended. 🙁
I've just noticed his need for a monitor in the cost, editing my build now.
