Beats solo wireless not working in one ear

My beats solo wireless headphones don’t work on the right side but when I plug in the cord it works perfectly fine. Please help

try resetting them to factory defaults. usually you hold the power for 10s to do so on beats stuff. try connecting it again. if still no luck, make sure you try connecting to a different device and see if you get the same results. after that you'll need to rma or replace unless you're really handy.
