Beats Studio Headphone

I bought a $300 beats studio couple months ago and now it's making a high pitch static noise on the left earcup. Every time I move the left earcup it makes that high pitch static noise. How do I solve this problem with the left earcup because the static noise on the left side hurts my ear every time I move and even turning my head it makes that sound... the right earcup is fine... I search on google about this problem and it doesn't seem to exist or have a solution to it...
