To become a god in under a half hour in morrowind:
1. at the start after all the forms have been made and you can pick it up
off the table go to a shelf to your right you should see a platter worth
around 300 - 500 $ steal it and before the guard in there runs up to you
press "B" and drop the item, because your not "officaly released" so he
gives you a warning. Dont pick it back up yet then go over to a book shelf
to the right of the door you see some books, stand as far from the gaurd
but close enough to grab the books quickly grab the ones that are standing
the quickly press"B" then drop them. let the gaurd give you the warning
again. Ok pick up the platter then the books. go trough the door first on
the right then grab all of the stuff in there then leave out the door in
the room you'll find a barrel to the right of the door going into the next
building. go in that building talk to the guy in there about all of things
he can talk about.
2. sell all of the thing you have except the package of C.C. and your
cloth's.
3. take the stilt strider to Balmora.
4. go to the Temple of Balmora and go down stairs and first on the right
there will be a person that will sell you a spell for fortify Intelligence
of some main attibute. buy it.
5. head on over to the Balmora Mages Guild go down stairstalk to the lady
in the light red robe in the back room she will sell you a spell
"souldtrap". buy it.
6. then talk to the lady in the green robe(she will be walking around in
the middle). she will make spells for money. make a spell consisting of:
Fortify personality 100 points on self
soultrap 1 seconds on target 0 ft.
7.go into the bed area in the mages guild go by the table look strait down
and cast the spell untill you run out of magika( if you run out Magika
cheat = go into you stats menu where it shows your strength, personality
and "so forth" and highlight you magika bar and hold "A" and press White,
Black, Black, White, Black and still holding "A" press "B".this will
automaticly refill you magika when you use it as long as you dont go into
the menu again(don't worry you can reenter the cheat process again)).
8. once your personality is around 6000 go to any traderyou can buy
anything for free! all you have to do is hold Black or White and this goes
for selling(you can sell something thats worth 1$ for how ever much money
the trader has!).
9. once you have some cash go back to the mages guild and make all of the
other stats with sould trap effect like your personality
10. ill list some of the effects from the stat changes:

Strength - you can kill anything in one hit with a weapon that is at full
health
intelligence - you magika level
willpower - it is supposedly to resist magika(i dont know if it really
works) and your fatiuge level.
agility - you cant be hit with high agility(watch out for people that do
damage with spells).
speed - how fast you can run and swim and fly(keep it around 800- 1200
youll be REALY FAST).
personality - you can sell anything for any price. you can buy anything
for free(sell a arrowfor a 1000$ LOL) and everyone is at 100 liking with
you
Luck - you can sneak right infront of people. how often you are hit.
chance of casting a spell. lock picking skills. you can hit every time
with any weapon. almost everything i listed the ones you might be
interested in.
