Good Afternoon all.
My problem come a couple of months ago when i pulled my computer apart to change the case.
i didnt take any pictures of the plug designs and placement at all.
i thought it was a graphics card problem and bought one today at no avail.
what do i need to post here.
could you like components name, brands and model.i can do anything you ask. it has been nearly 4 months since it has run.

Solution
Reinsert all plugs:

1. CPU power plug (next to CPU) if there.
2. Graphics card power connectors if there.
3. Main 20 or 24-pin power cable to motherboard
etc.

1. Is the CPU fan spinning?
2. Is the graphics card fan spinning?
3. Is the monitor attached to your graphics card?
4. Is the graphics card fully inserted?
5. Did you remove your MEMORY sticks? If so, make sure they're fully inserted in the proper slots.
6. Did you attach the POWER SWITCH connector (probably bottom right) properly so the power switch on the case works?

I hope that gets you started.

As for a MANUAL, find out what motherboard model you have, go to the support site and try to download the PDF (on another computer obviously).
i dont know a thing about computers.i am pretty sure i have left out cables and didnt put them in the right location, but im not sure due to not having a diagram or manual to follow for each plug

well i bit the bullet and headed to the computer shop.
i bought a Gigabyte Radeon R9 290 4GB and that still didnt fix the problem
i went back and bought myself a CoolerMaster Silent Pro Gold 800W Power Supply. BOOM. it now works and im gaming on full fps.
i do appreciate the help and advise from everyone who tried to assist
