Beep sound when opening the PC

Hi! Uhm.. I'm opening my PC there's a loud strange beep. And windows is starting slow. About 5-10 minutes? And when I'm opening and closing a program or file, it is like its in a slow mow contest. Hope you could help me. Please. Thanks!

The beep at boot time indicates a hardware fault, most probably a faulty RAM module that need's replacing. Because there's less RAM available Windows will run more slowly than it used to.

You can test the RAM modules one at a time (by removing all except one module) with Memtest: http://www.memtest.org/
