beepi when Graphics card is plugged

I have a Graphics card and its working but when i replace it's thermal paste it stop working and when i plugged it to my system unit its beeping and i replace the thermal paste of the integrated gpu embedded in the motherboard and when i try it with no gpu its only black screen please help

Test the card in another system, if same issue happens there, card is bad.
