CMOS = BIOS. Mobo = Motherboard.
If you can get into your BIOS after a reset, then you should be able to adjust the voltage. It is possible that you will be able to operate the RAM at DDR3-1333 speeds (and possibly with a higher CAS latency) on 1.5V.
