beeping sound on startup

Hi
i have a gigabyte motherboard and i wanted to upgrade my rams so i bought new ram but problem is my pc cannot boot and there is continuous beep sound maybe more then 20 time

That RAM may not be compatible with your mobo. I see it is 1.65V; the standard for DDR3 is 1.5V.
Try resetting your CMOS to defaults. See if you can get into the BIOS then. You may need to manually set RAM parameters.

what is cmos and mobo ?
can i increase the vlotage from the bios ?

CMOS = BIOS. Mobo = Motherboard.
If you can get into your BIOS after a reset, then you should be able to adjust the voltage. It is possible that you will be able to operate the RAM at DDR3-1333 speeds (and possibly with a higher CAS latency) on 1.5V.
