Question Beeping sound

Can someone help me please?
I recently purchased an Gigabyte RTX 2060 and during gaming, there is a beeping (interval) sound on my Mobo, I have an MSI B450M with 16 (2x8) DDR4 hyperx 2666, a samsung M.2 (500G) and 2 HDDs (1 TB each) . My PSU is 750W.

Yes, The PC can boot into windows 10 and at the menu of any game but when the game (mission) starts, the beeping starts also.
