Beeping while starting.

While bot dell laptop it will comtinuosly beeping with black screen.can i try to bot in a safe mode but it does not work f12

A PC or laptop beeping during the boot sequence is telling you that something is seriously amiss.

It is impossible to say what the problem might be, without seeing boot and error logs.

Also, some more general information will be required ... laptop model, OS, UEFI/BIOS version etc.

Judging from the way you posted, I guess the best thing to do would be to take it to the shop.
