beeps after post

I get 1 initial beep then 5 seconds later i get 5 more beeps. It finally posts but comes up that my cpu fan speed is low or not running at all. Also my fans run really low speeds. Could this be my power supply possibly?

The beep codes will depend on the make/model of motherboard and the BIOS it has.

It's possible yes, if the voltage is low. It could also be a board/BIOS issue.

5 Beeps - File read error

The single initial beep means that the system has passed POST (Power On Self Test.)

The 5 beeps are happening when the system is trying to boot from your boot device.

That's assuming your motherboard uses an AMI BIOS.
