Beeps from computer and continued loop

When my computer is turned on after some new parts were installed it beeped then came open bios screen. After this it will say error and ask to start normally or repair mode if I start normal it sends me back to the start after another beep. I don't know what I have done wrong any help would be great.

The beeps mean something. You should do a google search for BIOS Beep codes. Different combinations of beeps will tell you exactly what the BIOS thinks is wrong.

As far as I know it passes the post test and beeps and sends me back when trying to start windows could it be because I'm using my sata cables from my other moth board.
