Question Beeps on start up

While trying to install the ssd I got, with lots of fails of course my computer screens went black so I tried restarting.
When it started up there was a single beep ans it shut down and tried starting itself up.
Ive played with the cables abit and when i tried starting it up again it was beeping multiple time 20-30 beeps and it shut down and starts up itself.
No idea what to do.
Motherboard :GIGABYTE h81m-d2v
CPU: Intel i5 4570 3.20 Ghz
GPU : GIGABYTE radeon 200 series
PSU : FSP Raider RA 650
OS : Windows 10

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

About midway down the link:

"Continuous short beep ：Power supply unit failed "

However; listen carefully to the beep code pattern and then be sure that you match the pattern and hardware correctly.

Cant really give the full specs since computer doesnt turn on.
If its a psu problem why does it even turn on.
