[SOLVED] Before I buy a Corsair One Pro, do I build my own?

Been a while since I bought a new PC.
I currently have :

ASRock Z 87 Extreme
Geforce GTX 1080
Intel i7-4770k
32gb Crucial 1600 DIMM
Samsung 500 GB SSD
Dell 2410
Corsair HX 859


I remember when I was reading for this old build that a lot of members stated not to buy a prebuilt, but it is better to build one yourself. The only thing I need is an IEEE 1394 port or card for my Nikon Film scanner and would like to include this in my new build. I am having a hard time finding a current motherboard with this port.

Any recommendations, I am willing to spend up to $ 3,000.00 and am interested in the EVGA product lineup.
