before i had 4 cores now its just 1

Hello guys, so I have this problem which I cant solve. I have i3 processor with 4 cores but in msconfig/boot/advanced settings where I should select cores, shows that theres just one core, please help me, my pc is running really slow right now...

Have you tried unchecking the box where it says number of processors and rebooting?
