as it says,i would rather have a book i can use as reference although i know i can google left and right.Something that would give me better details as i do not want to fry anything and get a better understanding.Searching on the internet has some very useful stuff, but i prefer to have on hand knowledge as to learn it better and not fry anything.
and im just asking if there is a "GOOD BOOK" something concise, i need to understand more with the multiplier, voltage settings yada yada.
thank you in advance

It is not so hard that you'd need a book to do it really. It is just about multipliers, baseclocks and voltages.
I personally have never heard of an OC book and I dpn't think there really is one because every OC is different and all the essential stuff you need fot OC would fin on an A4 page.
