Begging for help!!! Accidentally deleted outlook Folder file

Yes, I am stupid... I accidentally deleted a Peronal Folder file (PSD) of Outlook from my hard drive and I tried all kind of progs to recover, no go..

I have no idea what to do and all my seriously inmportant stuff are there. I tried Syst Restore, but that was turned off for some reason.

Think you're SoL, may be able to take it to a comp shop that does data recovery, you'll pay a price, but you gotta question if it's worth it.
