Hello all! So I have been trying to research and I understand the basic concepts but then it turns to Chinese when it comes to intel v amd, the graphic card .2xrs91 etc..

I’m going to leave it to the experts (you all) and could you guys just recommend some solid builds from Pc part picker to include monitor and mouse?

Classic WoW is coming out and I just wanna get back into it and play some other FPS like I use to. I’d like to keep the budget at about 1,000$ little more little less depending on the build, but with so many options and opinions I really don’t know what to trust not knowing a lot about any of the beefy stuff.

I just want a solid system that won’t lag and make me roll my face into a keyboard.

Thanks for all the help guys, I appreciate it.

Oh and I don’t know anything about OC but like anything I’m willing to learn. I’m gunna put it together myself whenever I can decide on what to get. Thanks again!

This is 10% over budget. But is completely worth it as you are getting 30-35% more performance gain over RTX2060 Super PC for $1000. There is no other compromise.

Now with something like that how much does a monitor affect it? Obviously I want a decent one, but not one that’s going to be ridiculous.. and I’m starting from scratch so I wanted to pick up a monitor, keyboard, mouse, all for under a grand... now if it’s really worth it and makes that much of a difference I might extend the budget, but thanks for replying so far! At least getting me pointed in the right direction!

Preferably all included at 1,000.. little more / less. Just wanna get it all, put it together and not have to worry about anything else. PC would be just for gaming like I said, just want the best bang for my buck and run the games smoothly!

Little over budget but if you can afford it it will be great gaming PC.

If you want to save money then get this motherboard.
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/WcjJ7P/gigabyte-b450-aorus-m-micro-atx-am4-motherboard-b450-aorus-m

If that B450 board is not supported out of the box then get AMD upgrade kit for free.

Awesome, well hey I really appreciate you taking the time to throw some ideas out there for me. I’m at a pretty good starting place and will see what I can come up with! Thanks so much, you’ve been very helpful!!

One last question though, I’ve read a lot of builds talk about air flow and cooling, would any extra fans be needed for the system? Also any tips on maintenance as I’ve got two dogs and have to sweep and vacuum daily, I don’t want dog hair to mess anything up.
Two fans are included. It should be good unless you live in extremely hot place it should be fine. If ever you feel like components are running hot you can add a fan whenever you want. It is not like you will have buy everything at once and it cannot be upgraded when required
