Question Being "Loud" While gaming

Hey guys. So I really like PC gaming and play a lot of multiplayer games but my parents complain a lot about noise late at night. My PC fans are quiet and I use a membrane keyboard but they complain how loud my voice gets at night even though I barely speak(I live in an apartment btw) I game in the living room and don't know what to do to make my self quieter. Any tips on how I could improve this situation?

Roll up a towel and put it in the crack under the door.

You can make DIY sound insulation using bath towels. 3-4 layers is quite effective.
