Belkin Router Homepage inaccessible though could connect to Internet

Unable to access Belkin router Homepage to configure the router. Able to connect to Internet without setting the router. Tried hard reset multiple time but it did not help. Tried setting 192.168.2.1 as IPV4 address but that did not help either.Please help.

You need to put the default gateway address into your browser to access the router, not your computers local IPV4 address. You can find the default gateway by entering the 'ipconfig' command into command prompt. Usually 192.168.1.1 default on a lot of routers.

Some routers won't let you connect through wireless - you may have to connect with an ethernet cable

Tried that as well. Did not work. Just FYI - This router was working fine earlier.
