Belkin router it feels like it's limited

So my Router Belkin F5D8231-4 just does not want to go above 5mbs. For some reason on Wi-Fi just stucks there. On cable, though, goes all the way to 200 which is my i-net speed. It wasnt this way, it used to be a lot faster but now it's like it's limited or something... Anyone any suggestions?

Check your configuration, most routers have a WiFi speed limiter. If you can't find anything in the settings, then try factory restore.

Check to see if QoS is enabled, if it is disable it.

It's been factory reset plenty of times. It just does not work. I have searched all over the local site, yet nothing. As well as it doesn't let me upgrade the firmware. It keeps saying that it's latest one, yet as far as I can see in the website, there are 3 more. I mean I am on version 2, and on the website it says that there are 3.x, 4.x,5,x.

About the QoS - it stays like this, and I am simply not able to press the button. Any suggestions?

Under that same screen try setting protected mode to off.

I have turned it off, yet still gray and I still can't play with it. Any other suggestion?

Ditch the largely useless legacy B & G wifi modes and set the wireless mode to N only.
