Belkin Router Stopped

Hi! I'm having trouble with my Belkin router. It seems to have... Stopped. Well, not really. For some reason the blue light isn't showing up and neither is the red however the little blue light for the WPS button is on.
I have no clue as to what might be happening so any help you can provide is better than what I already know. Oh and just incase you need it...

The little blue light on the WPS button means the router has made a connection with a computer or some other device.

That said, I am not sure about the "red" light you referenced. Amber maybe?
