Benbox drivers not installing

Good day

I recently bought a A3 Pro laser engraver machine. Downloaded the setup software for benbox but when I tired installing the drivers it keep saying "Drivers install failure". I really need this software to work my laser machine.

Please help me.

Try running it as administrator, if that doesn't work you, try compatibility modes. If that fails, you may need to disable driver enforcement, reboot and try again.
