Question Benchmark of WinRAR does not utilize fully my CPU

Winrar 7.03
14900k, only after first Windows run getting almost fully and result is 50k/sec.
After 2-3-4 run, it slows down to 33k /sec and proc used only 50-60%, no throtle. cpu is cool, no similar slowdown in cinebench multi etc.
Windows 11 24h2, anyone can confirm similar or advice something? (HT on).
Looks very very strange.

check if frequency of the cpu is still the same
check if other processes or apps are on while benchmarking

Use Task Manager > Performance and Resource Monitor to observe system performance.

Use both tools but only one tool at a time.

Open the tool Window and just watch until the system is stable.

Leave the tool Window open and viewable.

Run your benchmarks.

Watch what changes when the system slows.

All ok with repeats(frequency, temps), but strange -50% on Winrar, <profanity removed by moderator> nonsense, moreover other archiver benchmark 7zip have consistent result (accurate good similar to others 14900)
