Dear All,
I've been lucky enough to receive the 960 EVO I pre ordered 3 weeks ago and using the new firmware released by Samsung on the 21st Nov ran CrystalMark to see how it would perform on my workstation a Dell T7610. Generally I am very happy but altough I'm getting excellent speeds as expected, I'm getting very low write speeds on 4KQ32T1 and on 4K. Crystalmark gives me:
SEQ Q32T1 3263 read and 1601 write
4K Q32T1 668.9 read and 75.4 write
SEQ 1883 read and 1530 write
4K 44.13 read and 51.84 write
I note that the Forbes website pubblised for the 512GB version.
SEQ Q32T1 3395 read and 1794 write
4K Q32T1 851.8 read and 758.7 write
SEQ 1763 read and 1741 write
4K 38.14 read and 155.2 write
Can anyone say why my 4K Q32T1 write results in particular are just 10% of Forbes test results ?
Could I have set it up incorrectly ?
Many thanks
Graham
