Question Benchmarks incomplete

I have recently purchased a pc from cyberpower and performed a benchmark. I have a EVGA 3080, Ryzen 7 3800x, Intel 665P 1TB, 4x8 Corsair Vengeance and for the GPU and SSD userbenchmarks is telling me "Relative performance n/a - benchmarks incomplete". It's the first time I have used any kind of benchmarks. This doesn't seem correct to me. Any help?

Gigabyte 570 UD motherboard

AMD Ryzen 7 3800X-$400
107,635 User benchmarks, average bench 87%
AM4, 1 CPU, 8 cores, 16 threads
Base clock 3.9 GHz, turbo 4.2 GHz (avg)
Performing above expectations (83rd percentile)

EVGA(3842 3881) ≥ 4GB
CLim: 2100 MHz, MLim: 4750 MHz, Ram: 10GB, Driver: 461.09
Relative performance n/a - benchmarks incomplete

Intel SSDPEKNW010T9 1TB
7,308 User benchmarks, average bench 258%
768GB free (System drive)
Firmware: 001C
SusWrite @10s intervals: 1265 1276 833 384 347 1073 MB/s
Performing below expectations (24th percentile)

Corsair CM4X8GD3200C16K4 4x8GB
427 User benchmarks, average bench 97%
4 of 4 slots used
32GB DIMM DDR4 clocked @ 3200 MHz
Performing below potential (31st percentile) - ensure that a dual+ channel XMP BIOS profile is enabled

What about some (more useful) benchmarks say ?

A) I wouldn't worry too much about UserBenchmark. It is not highly recommended benchmark. I would run 3DMark or game specific benchmarks to see how the system performs.

B) I would check your BIOS as it doesn't look like they enabled XMP (DOCP for AMD), which will help with the memory running the correct speed, based on the benchmark feedback. This will help your CPU score too, with the higher memory clock speeds.

C) Your GPU error looks to be related to " Frame capturing/monitoring software can prevent the GPU benchmark from completing successfully. Disable FRAPS, Afterburner, etc." so I would make sure you didn't have any of those types of software running in the background when you were doing the benchmark.
