Question Bend pin

Does it cause any problem on the board itself to bend and unbend the pin indicated in the image?

shouldn't have any problem if you fix it correctly

Without checking in manual I guess those are front panel header pins. Most of them are not even really needed for PC to work.

Yes it's, I don't have nothing to connect and check but the pin don't have any mark or something that shows any damage on it.

I would not worry.
Bending a pin back is fine so long as you do not break it.
Check your motherboard manual to see what should connect to the pin.
Most likely it is just an extra front panel ground and will not be used anyway.
