Benefit of a better (more expensive) motherboard?

I'm looking a building a pretty budge gaming PC for my son. For CPU I'm looking at the Intel i3-8350k. There's not a huge difference in price here, but I am trying to pinch pennies. Is there a big difference between these options? Any other better options still staying as far sub$100 as possible?

Well, they're both Micro ATX. They both support up to 64 GB DDR4 2666MHz RAM.

B360M DS3H specs
They both seem to have the same specs to me, you can have a look above to compare them. I guess the Gigabyte one is better quality.
