Hello,
I have 2 benq BL2420pt monitors, and this issue is happening on both of them.

I have same ICC profile set for both of them in Windows.
Then I setup color profile as user, then go to picture settings and put Color temperature as user defined and try to match both. When I satisfied I exit settings.

But, when I turn monitors off and on, the colors are back where they were.. I go to Color temperature, its still set corectly but I have to scroll up to reddish and then back to user defined in order for monitors to change its temperature.. Anyone has any idea how to deal with this??

Will be much appreciated
Thanks.

Almost sounds like Windows is taking over your color settings over a graphics software. While you're adjusting your profile in windows, is it the menu for the graphics card manufacturer, or Windows itself? Also need a little more information: graphics card, connection used from monitors to computer, maybe a screenshot of the settings you're trying to push.

Usually, when this problem occurs, it's conflicting software management and one has one set of settings, while the other has user entered settings, and it defaults to one over the other. Disabling the unused manager is generally the fix. I've frequently run into issues where nVidia manager is running, but Windows is set as the default manager. Any changes in the nVidia GUI...
