BenQ GW2470HL Built In Speaker Not Working

Hello everyone,
I'm just asking for help because my built in speaker in BenQ GW2470HL doesn't work.
I tried to select the speaker through the sound menu, but it still doesn't work.

What OS are you on? How are you connected from your display output to the monitor? If you're on Windows OS environment, you might want to see if the default audio output is your DP or HDMI port in Sound Manager.

I'm using Windows 10, and I'm connected through the HDMI provided by the monitor.
Also, how can I see if my default audio output is HDMI port in Sound Manager?

What speakers? The only Audio spec for that monitor is a headphone jack?
