I have been having trouble with my new BenQ XL2411 monitor... no matter what mode I put it in, and no matter what settings I change (again, on the monitor itself) my colors are extremely whitewashed.
It is most notable in anything that is white (so if I open a blank notepad for example), where it seems like the pixels are flashing and flickering hints or Red Green and Blue at me.

I know the DVI cord and GPU are fine, as I tried them with my old monitor... so I'm almost positive it's the monitor.
