Question BenQ monitor T52WA PSU not working

Hello.
I have a BenQ monitor T52WA. The stanby LED does not light up. After looking at the PSU, there is voltage on the primary but nothing on the secondary. Al caps, diodes, resistors and filter coils seem to be OK.
Any ideas?

There are a few videos on your problem and they mostly blame the capacitors.

Do these DELL power supplies have a hidden fuse or another component that acts like one?
