Hi,
I bought my BenQ XL2411Z a week ago and it has been working fine until today when several display modes started causing it issues (plugged into laptop: so laptop screen + BenQ monitor)
For example, when I try to switch to "Second Screen only", it displays an "Out Of Range" error message.
However, the worst is when I try to duplicate (instead of extend) the display. It simply crashes? I cannot turn it on anymore and after 15 mn of screwing around it finally powers on.
I just tried to use HDMI instead of VGA and it looked fine at first but then the image became red then disappeared? It got turned off and I had to unplug for a minute before turning on again.
Any ideas what could be wrong? I am flying abroad tomorrow, so I won't be able to use my 30-day free returns from Jet.com (where I bought this from). I wonder if BenQ's warranty could take care of this or if a simply Firmware refresh could fix this?
Thanks,
