Benq monitors sucks

I just buyed the xl2720z after 4 days i get 4 pixels stuck front of the screen im very disappointed i dont know if its the ama that was on premium or brightness that was on 100 i send them message but they not answer yet i hope i rma that bad boy becuase i never had problems when i buy the lg w2363d pf 3 years ago and he still working like achemp without any pixel stuck/death

if it 4 days old you should be able to exchange it at the store you got it from. with the newer ips pannels they can have a few dead pixels and still be good under most vendor warranty. it when there in a block/blob that a vendor will say these new screen are bad.

I buyed from amazon so i dont know how much time its take but this one is the first montior with problems

most time amazon is 24 hours or less to do a return.

Check what the policy is...you should be able to send it back for full refund or exchange. Dead pixels is never acceptable. I have owned 3 monitors in last 5 years...and not a single dead pixel on them.

it can happen to any monitor now....vendors dont do burn in testing to weed out the bad panels. they expect a set amout of there monitors to be doa/bad pixels.
