BenQ RL2455HM best settings?

Hey,

I've just brought a BenQ RL2455HM moniter and I can't find any decent settings, also it's giving me abit of a headache, any idea's are appreciated but I would really like someone's settings if possible.

I have question but it's not related to your post. I'm thinking about buying this monitor. How is it? How are movies or web browsing? or it's just for gaming...

Not finding any problems web browsing and watching shows seems nice so far, after getting the settings right I think it'll be great, especially for the price
